‘Empire’ star John Cho to star in a new sci-fi movie

‘Equestria Girls’ star James Spader is set to star as the lead in a sci-Fi thriller set to be released by Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures.

Spader will play a “fearless and ruthless mercenary” who leads a squad of elite soldiers to fight a group of aliens, a role he has previously played in ‘The Dark Knight Rises’.

‘Escape From The Island’ star Paul Bettany is also rumoured to star, with his ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ co-star Zoe Saldana and ‘Star Trek Into Darkness’ star Vin Diesel reportedly being eyed to take over the title role.

Legendary Pictures’ ‘Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind’ will be released on February 14, 2019.

‘Empress’ star Keira Knightley is also set to play a heroine in a ‘Star Wars’ spin-off film.

Legendary is reportedly working on ‘The Last Jedi’ and ‘Justice League’ spinoff films, and it’s understood that the studio will produce a Star Wars spinoff.

Spadaro Entertainment is the development company behind ‘Everest’ and the ‘Ember’ franchise, and its chief operating officer, Josh Pendergast, is set for a big year with a new film due out this year.

‘Downton Abbey’ actor John Bradley is also reportedly in talks to star.

The ‘Dancing With the Stars’ star is set as a new character for ‘StarWars: The Last Jedi’.

‘Justice’ star Dwayne Johnson is set up as a character on the spin-offs ‘Star War: Renegades’, ‘The Fate of the Furious’ and more.

‘Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them’ star Eddie Redmayne is set in the rebooted ‘Fables’ spin out.

‘Ghostbusters’ and director Joe Cornish are also being considered for the project.

‘Iron Man 3’ director Anthony and Joe Russo are also set up for the ‘Iron Fist’ spinout, while ‘Transformers: Dark of the Moon’ director Justin Lin is expected to be in talks for ‘Dark of the Land’.

Legendary is also developing ‘Fate of the Titans’ and other spin offs.

‘Avengers: Infinity War’ director Joe Russo is set-up for the spin off, while Kevin Feige is set on directing ‘The Avengers: Infinity Wars’ reboot.

‘Avatar: The Rise Of Thanos’ director James Gunn is set, along with ‘Daredevil’ star Krysten Ritter, on ‘Avatars: The Lost Tribe’.

Legendary has also reportedly been eyeing ‘The Jungle Book’ and Marvel Studios’ ‘Captain America: Civil War’.
