A fan with a curved edge and palm-sized palms has recently gained popularity in the US, with US manufacturers using palm-shaped fans to replace the stock fans in their cars.
This fan has been around for a few years, but now it has its own name: PalmFane.
PalmFanes are made of plastic and have a curved surface that allows for greater air flow.

These models do not have palm-friendly designs.
However, these fans have a palm shaped tip.

This helps to make the fans easier to remove.
